1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website at www.homehelpr.net, placing an order, or engaging HomeHelpr for any installation or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our site or purchase our products and services. HomeHelpr reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site or our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

HomeHelpr is an authorized Husqvarna Automower dealer and installation service provider operating in Ontario, Canada. We sell, install, and service Husqvarna Automower IQ robotic lawn mowers and related accessories.

3. Products and Services
3.1 Product Sales
HomeHelpr sells Husqvarna Automower IQ robotic lawn mowers and related accessories. All product listings on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product specifications at any time without notice.
3.2 Installation Services
HomeHelpr offers professional installation services for Automower IQ units, including boundary wire installation, charging station setup, and system configuration. Installation services are subject to a separate service agreement and scheduling availability.
Installation scope, pricing, and timelines will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement of work. HomeHelpr is not responsible for any pre-existing landscaping conditions, underground utilities, or property features that may affect installation.
3.3 Service and Maintenance
Ongoing maintenance and repair services are available at our standard rates. Service bookings are subject to availability and may require a minimum service fee. Diagnostic fees may apply even where no repair is performed.
4. Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. HomeHelpr reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. HomeHelpr reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative or issue a full refund.
Prices do not include delivery, installation, or ancillary fees unless expressly stated. These will be itemized separately at checkout or on your invoice.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all product orders. For installation services, HomeHelpr may require a deposit of up to 50% at time of booking, with the balance due upon completion of work.
We accept the following payment methods:
• Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) with a 2% fee
• E-transfer
• Cash (in-person transactions only)
Returned or declined payments may be subject to an administrative fee. Unpaid balances for services rendered will accrue interest at 2% per month (24% annually) after 30 days from the invoice date.
6. Return Policy
6.1 Automower IQ Units
HomeHelpr accepts returns of Husqvarna Automower IQ units within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below. Returns must be initiated by contacting us at info@homehelpr.net prior to sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the unit must meet all of the following conditions:
• The return is initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• The unit is in its original, undamaged condition with no signs of misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components are included.
• The unit has not been installed (boundary wire has not been laid, charging station has not been permanently mounted).
• The unit has not been registered or paired to a third-party account that cannot be unlinked.
Units that have been installed, used, or returned without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price, at HomeHelpr’s discretion. Units that show signs of damage, modification, or misuse will not be accepted for return.
6.2 Accessories and Parts
Accessories and replacement parts are non-returnable once opened or used. Unopened accessories in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued on accessories.
6.3 Installation Services
Installation service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a scheduled installation is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee equal to the deposit amount may be retained. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
6.4 Defective or Damaged Units
If your Automower IQ unit arrives damaged or is defective upon first use, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. HomeHelpr will assess the issue and, at our discretion, arrange for repair, replacement, or a full refund. Units with manufacturing defects are also covered under the applicable Husqvarna manufacturer’s warranty.
6.5 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days of HomeHelpr receiving and inspecting the returned unit. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Warranty
All Husqvarna Automower IQ units sold by HomeHelpr are covered by the Husqvarna manufacturer’s limited warranty. The terms, duration, and coverage of this warranty are governed solely by Husqvarna and are subject to change. HomeHelpr does not extend, modify, or guarantee the manufacturer’s warranty.
HomeHelpr’s installation workmanship is warranted for 30 days from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects in the installation itself (e.g., improperly buried boundary wire, loose connections) but does not cover damage caused by third parties, lawn equipment, landscaping work, or acts of nature.
HomeHelpr makes no additional warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any product for a particular purpose beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
8. Delivery and Risk of Loss
HomeHelpr offers shipping within Ontario and in-person pickup by appointment. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. HomeHelpr is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or upon your taking possession of the product at point of sale.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HomeHelpr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, damage to property, or loss of data arising out of your purchase or use of any product or service.
HomeHelpr’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products and services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Ontario law.
10. Privacy
HomeHelpr collects and uses personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our site or purchasing from us, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process your order, deliver products, or comply with applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
12. Changes to These Terms
HomeHelpr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
