Shipping the unit to your location
Unboxing and installation of the mower, docking station, and all accessories
Installation of the satellite reference station (price varies based on 1 vs 2 storey house)
Completion of a test run
End user training on mobile app and basic troubleshooting steps
Preventative maintenance visits are suggested in the middle and at the end of the season. They will ensure you maximize your machine's useful life.
Includes:
Technician will come to your home and complete the following (If needed, we can bring the unit to our shop and return it after the service is complete)
The latest software updates
Electronic diagnostic (autotest)
Cleaning/washing
Blade and wear part replacement
Battery functional test (autotest)
Battery charging
Safety functions test
Functional check
Give your robotic lawn mower a good service before putting it to rest for the winter. We will give it preventative maintenance, store it, and make sure it is charged and ready for when the new season arrives.

Removal of your mower, base station and battery for storage in our facility
